Goods ordered will not be delivered until fund transfers have been confirmed with the finance department. By purchasing from this vendor, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of purchase.
If the product you ordered is in stock, we will ship your order within 3 to 6 working days after fund transfers have been confirmed and marked for delivery. While all care is taken to provide you, the customer, with the correct product information, we apologise if any errors or omissions have occurred.

Please note: All goods are checked prior to shipping to ensure they are in new condition with no evidence of damage. However, if damage occurs during transit, we request that you contact us immediately to organise to return the goods in their original packaging. We will notify our logistics department to arrange pickup. When goods have arrived back to our freight department we will assess the damage and arrange for a replacement product to be delivered to you. We will pay freight costs.

In the event that you change your mind about the purchase of any product that you have ordered, you must notify us (during our regular business hours) within 3 days of delivery and return goods as instructed. Freight cost are non-refundable.
Goods must be returned unopened, and will not be accepted if packaging has been tampered with.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. We will issue a refund or arrange a replacement only where goods are faulty or goods are damaged in transit. We will ask you to return the faulty or damaged goods before issuing a replacement product or refund. Where we determine that it’s not a reasonable expense to post the items back to us, then we will ask for photographic evidence (particularly in relation to damaged freight) and we will arrange a replacement.
